The location was great, close enough to the city center, but far enough from the noise. The staff was friendly and welcoming, with a particularly efficient manager who spoke English. The breakfast buffet was decent, with a good selection of hot and cold dishes to choose from.
The hotel was really old, with several maintenance issues that made our stay unpleasant. There was no hot water in the shower, the air conditioning was faulty and very loud, and the furniture in our room was outdated and uncomfortable.

comfortable hotel. clean and suitable for family holiday. staff were friendly, especially Mr Moo Waichai, he help me to trace the bag from the van transporter and arrange to send the bag to me in KL thru daily bus service travel company. Thanks a lot Mr Moo.

The staff were very obliging, and helpful, location was good. Room was tidy ,beds were very comfortable, linen very clean. Would recommend it for the price, excellent value.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel, the great breakfast, and the friendly staff who were always ready to assist me. Furthermore, this hotel is excellently located near the heart of the city, making transportation and access to the big market very easy.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The location is out of the town and need to travel to town by others transport which is not so convenient and costly. The hot shower is not hot enough.

During Xmas, the hotel offered great food and free parking. the location was ideal for exploring the city. Plus, the staff was kind and courteous.
The hotel corridor was poorly lit and didn't feel very safe. the rooms lacked basic amenities like a safe and had few electrical sockets.

Accomodation, facilities and staff very good. Whole weekend was very enjoyable
I would have prefered to have tea making facilities in room as I like tea first thing in morning and sometimes during night. I know that it available on room service but that does not always suit my needs

i like the layout of the lift waiting area on my floor. the hotel location is walking distance to the Clock Tower where you can get public transport to Songkhla. also convenient to get cheap but good muslim food nearby.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. The location is perfect for those who prefer a quieter area, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. It is conveniently situated outside of the center of town, making it easy to access all the attractions and amenities we wanted to explore. In addition, there are plenty of parking spaces available, which was a big plus for us.
In summary, this place exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and comfort. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay.
